After the “house scandal” with Asmus, Kharlamov found a five-room apartment

Showman Garik Kharlamov, when divorcing actress Christina Asmus, did not share his earned property with his former passion. As the artist herself complained, she still having to live with an ex-husband in his mansion near Moscow, since he did not provide her and her daughter with a separate living space. Asmus, however, did not explain why she did not buy an apartment on her own, and the answer soon followed as mother-in-law, and from Kharlamov himself. He laid siege to the former: their common daughter is certainly more than provided with housing.
As follows from the publication KP.RU, Kharlamov was not cunning when he said that he took care of the inheritance for his beloved daughter. The site writes that the comedian, firstly, owns half a kopeck piece in south-east Moscow – he probably owns an apartment with his mother. Experts interviewed by the publication estimated this property at 10 million rubles.
Kharlamov also reportedly owns a five-room apartment of 109 square meters in Grokholsky Lane in the center of Moscow. Its cost was estimated at 80 million rubles. According to some reports, Kharlamov was able to obtain the right to sole ownership of this living space during a divorce from his first wife.
As for the “mansion of discord” on Rublyovka, KP experts estimated this designer house with a plot at 140 million rubles. The publication notes that both the land and the garage located here are registered only for Kharlamov himself, he has not yet transferred ownership of his minor daughter.
