Aeroflot clients complained about the cancellation of cheap ticket bookings

Aeroflot customers are complaining that the company has canceled reservations for cheap tickets to Phuket purchased on October 19. According to them, the airline explained the appearance of such cheap tickets on its website by a technical glitch. An interview with one of the clients is published “News”.

“We purchased tickets on October 19 at 14:00 costing 11-12 thousand rubles. per person round trip. Dates November 6–16. We took the tickets, found out about the cancellation today, and received letters of happiness,” the man said.

“This cost occurred because of their internal mistake, why should I suffer because of their mistakes?” – said the client of the company. According to him, he created a conversation for those faced with the same problem, which more than a thousand people joined.

As follows from the published “Izvestia” letters for the company’s clients, as compensation, Aeroflot offered discounts of 30% from the previous high prices for seats in economy class and 5,000 miles as a gift.

Aeroflot did not comment on these reports.
