Adobe will add AI to Acrobat to interact with documents – Kommersant

American company Adobe launched a beta version of its AI tool for viewing and creating PDF files, Acrobat, which the company believes will make working with digital documents easier. AI Assistant can be accessed by Adobe Standard and Pro plans ($13 and $20 per month, respectively), as well as Teams users.
The AI will work in both desktop and web versions. This will be a chatbot that will simplify the search and perception of information in documents, and will also be able to answer questions and give recommendations on the contents of files. AI can also be used to summarize and structure information.
AI Assistant is designed to work with massive texts, such as research projects or large reports, which it can convert into short help for presentations. The AI will work with all formats supported by the application, including files from Word and PowerPoint. Adobe also says that the AI will not store data or learn from the documents it uses. In the future, AI can be integrated with the Firefly image generator.
Previously Adobe presented interactive dress and a range of AI products, including generative artificial intelligence Fireflywhich can create images based on text descriptions.
