Adidas company introduced wireless headphones RPT-02 Sol with built-in solar panels.
The accessory, created in collaboration with Zound Industries, received 45 mm drivers with a reproducible frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. Full-size on-ear headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 wireless standard and can operate at a distance of up to 10 m from the sound source.
Made from recycled plastic, the novelty is equipped with Exeger Powerfoyle solar panels, which allow you to charge the accessory using sunlight or artificial light. Declared autonomy up to 80 hours without recharging. The headphones are IPX4 waterproof, sweat and dust resistant.
The Adidas RPT-02 Sol will go on sale in August. The cost of headphones compatible with smartphones on Android and iOS will be $230.
