Leonid Pasechnik, acting head of the LPR, signed a decree on the demobilization of graduate students studying in republican universities. The document will concern full-time and part-time students.

“Contracts will be signed with those guys who decide to continue serving the motherland and defending its borders with the provision of academic leave at the university for the entire period of military service,” the official explained in his Telegram channel. The decree is available for download at site Lugansk information center.

November 13 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed demobilize students from the DNR and LNR. This procedure is one of the manifestations of the unification of the legislation of the Donbass republics and the Russian Federation, in which, according to the presidential decree, disputed by the international community, they were included on September 30.
