The accident rate decreased most in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (-30%), Chukotka (-23.5%), Mordovia (-16.5%), Chechnya (-14.3%) and in the Tomsk region (-12.6% ). The leaders in the increase in the number of deaths were Kalmykia (+92.2%), Karelia (+72.3%), Ivanovo (+43.9%) and Yaroslavl regions (+43.8%), Khakassia (+41.5% ), Tyva (+38.3%).
