Temperatures below long-term climatic values are predicted for 80% of Russia by Friday, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia. TASS.
IN center of European Russia the temperature will be 12–14°C below the climate norm. It will be “very warm” at the start of the week, but then there will be a sharp drop in temperature. On UralV western and central Siberia temperatures will drop 8–14°C below normal. On Far EastV Yakutia And Magadan – by 4–6°C.
Temperatures will be close to normal in the Krasnodar and Stavropol territories and in Crimea. In the continental regions of the south and on the Black Sea coast it will be “comfortable like spring,” but by Friday the temperature will drop. In the Irkutsk, Amur regions and Transbaikalia, temperatures will be 2–3°C above normal.
