A young Volgograd resident won a bronze medal at the Russian boxing championship

A resident of the regional capital, Stepan Komshin, took third place in the boxing competition among boys aged 15–16 years.
According to the Volgograd mayor’s office, from April 6 to April 14, the Russian boxing championship among this age group was held in Samara. The competition included 13 weight categories, in one of which Stepan Komshin won a bronze medal.
The young man studies at municipal sports school No. 23 in Volgograd. In this institution, children practice boxing, judo, kickboxing, sambo, chess, cycling and basketball.
