A shell from the Great Patriotic War was found in Peterhof
The press service of the State Guard of the Russian Guard for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region reported that a 122-mm shell from the Great Patriotic War was found on the territory of Peterhof.
A rusty object similar to ammunition was noticed by a local resident while walking along Trinity Mountain. He contacted the Directorate of the State Guard of the Russian Guard and waited for the arrival of the riot police “Bastion” demining group, reports the Telegram channel “Russian National Guard of St. Petersburg“.
The ammunition was inspected, identified, transported to the test site and destroyed.
