A video with Zhirinovsky’s prediction about mobilization was published on the Web

A video appeared on the Web with a statement by the deceased LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, during which he predicted a partial mobilization in Russia.
The statement, judging by the video clip, was made several years ago on the air of one of the talk shows on Channel One, hosted by the current State Duma deputy Pyotr Tolstoy.
“Why the war will start, I explain as a lawyer, the reason will be, the reason that huge capital, trillions of dollars, there is nowhere to invest,” Zhirinovsky says.
The politician explained that the development was stopped peacefully, because everything is worth it because of the sanctions. And the only way, Zhirinovsky expressed his opinion, is to start a war in some part of Europe, and then introduce a new Marshall Plan and start rebuilding.
“First, the supply of weapons there, the troops will be brought in … Everyone, get ready for mobilization. Partial,” the politician said.
Zhirinovsky added that there is a lot of money in Europe, they lie in banks and therefore “money requires war.”
“Weapons are to be supplied and then the destroyed ones are to be restored. Therefore, Donbass is bombed every day so that everything is destroyed, all of Ukraine, and also Southern Europe. Everything will be in ruins, and Germany will restore it later,” Zhirinovsky says in the studio.
