The transport company Nizhegorodpassazhiravtotrans was fined 120 thousand rubles. The reason was that the drivers were overworked, reports the Telegram channel.
One of the company’s employees worked a 19-hour shift, although it should not exceed 10, and in some cases 19 hours.
This was the second violation by the company. The fine was imposed taking into account her financial and property situation, being below the minimum under the relevant article (200 thousand rubles for legal entities).
