On April 8, the sports hall of the UIA FKiS “Arena”, in the village of Shiryaikha, Privolzhsky district, became a place of attraction for all table tennis lovers. There was a table tennis tournament in memory of the coach and Master of Sports of the USSR Anatoly Nikolaevich Ponomarev.
The tournament, dedicated to the memory of Anatoly Nikolaevich Ponomarev, the coach and Master of Sports of the USSR, brought together more than 80 athletes from the Ivanovo, Kostroma and Vladimir regions. Athletes of two age categories were represented at the competitions: boys and girls born in 2010, boys and girls born in 2006-2009.
Athletes from the city district of Kokhma became the best in the tournament. They won 4 medals. Lyaskina Iliya and Kirill Ozerskikh were able to take gold medals, Yegor Potekhin became a silver medalist, and Konstantin Kirillov won bronze.
