Last weekend in the village of Seekers became a sports weekend. An event took place in the village as part of the All-Russian winter sports marathon “The Power of Russia”.
The holiday program was intense: football in felt boots, Nordic walking, family competitions, camp cooking and exercises, reports the official website of the authorities of the capital of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
“We were happy to take part in the celebration. As they say, it’s not a problem for us to be old. Activists of the TOS “Zahrebetnoye” constantly practice Nordic walking, so they accepted the invitation to the holiday with pleasure,” said the chairman of the neighbors’ community, Alexey Zoteevich Ostashov.
