In the village of Priozerny, a sports and recreation complex is under construction. The object is already half ready, the press service of the YaNAO governor reported on March 7.
“Sports facilities are fundamentally different from other buildings. In addition to design features, they have other differences: they are subject to some of the highest requirements for safety, functionality and technical equipment. During the inspection, we paid special attention to the quality of the building materials and products used, and also focused on checking the thermal stabilization of soils, which ensures the bearing capacity of the building foundation, ”explained Alexander Fesenko, head of the supervision department for Nadym and the Nadymsky district of the YNAO GOS service.
The specialists assembled the frame of the building, filled in the window openings, prepared the stair railings, and started the internal civil works.
The area of the complex will be about four thousand square meters. The project provides for a swimming pool, a universal gym with an arena, a billiard room, places for spectators, a cafe, and locker rooms.
The contractor plans to complete the work and hand over the center next year.
