A skier from the Moscow region received gold at the Spartakiad of the Strongest

The representative of the Moscow region won a gold medal at the Spartakiad of the strongest athletes of the Russian Federation in freestyle. The press service of the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports of the Moscow Region reports this.
Egor Ryazantsev, who competed as part of the regional team, became the best in the big air discipline. The athlete won a landslide victory, leaving behind rivals from Moscow and Bashkortostan. In total, the Moscow region team won 24 awards at the Spartakiad. The athletes brought nine gold, six silver and nine bronze medals.
Freestyle competitions within the framework of the II All-Russian Spartakiad in winter sports were held from February 9 to 16 in the Chelyabinsk region. 165 representatives of the Moscow region took part in competitions in 14 sports. In total, 2,500 athletes from all over Russia competed for medals at the Spartakiad.
