A second-grader from the Balagansky district of the Irkutsk region was crushed by a piece of wall in an abandoned building. Part of his arm was amputated, writes Babr Mash.
A few days ago, a nine-year-old boy was walking with his older brother, a fifth grader, and a friend. They went to an empty building in the center of Tarnopol to dismantle one of the walls.
The wall collapsed at some point. She fell on a second grader. Other children called for help from adults.
The boy was taken to the Regional Children’s Hospital of Irkutsk. He was diagnosed with a skull injury, concussion, fracture and wounds of the hip and pelvis. The right hand suffered most of all – an open multi-comminuted fracture of several bones. Part of the limb had to be amputated.
The person responsible for the dangerous building is now being sought.
