He insisted that the child himself was to blame

The Zyuzinsky court of the capital sentenced the sadistic mechanic Fidel Ergashev, whose educational methods led to the amputation of the fingers of a 7-year-old boy. The case was not immediately brought to a verdict, since the investigation incorrectly formulated the essence of the charges.

As MK previously reported, a native of Uzbekistan, who came to Moscow to work, showed extreme cruelty to his stepson. 32-year-old Fidel posted an ad on a number of specialized sites – he offered his services as a plumber. In the end, the man got a job at the State Budgetary Institution “Zhilishchnik” in the Obruchevsky district of Moscow. Then he began an affair with a colleague who was raising a 2-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son. Due to problems with registration, the woman was soon fired from the housing office, and her partner began to provide for the family.

But the man did not like his friend’s children, especially the boy. From June 2022 to January 2023, the torturer repeatedly beat the child, striking him in the chest, face and groin area. The baby’s mother was afraid to contact the police, believing that she would be immediately deported from the country. All this led to a terrible ending. One day in January last year, Fidel brought the boy home from a walk, and the woman saw that her son’s fingers were frostbitten. It was bitterly cold that day, and the baby went for a walk without mittens. The sadist assured that the child himself was to blame, but later it turned out that he deliberately forced the boy to stick his fingers in the snow. Moreover, the tyrant for two days forbade his partner to see doctors, again emphasizing that everyone would be expelled from Russia. As a result, medical help was hopelessly late: the fingers had to be amputated.

The investigation lasted quite a long time. The first consideration of the case ended in failure – the judge came to the conclusion that the plot of the charges did not correspond to the essence of the crime. After all the shortcomings were eliminated, the case was again sent for consideration, and the other day, as the press service of the Zyuzinsky court reported, Ergashev was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
