A resident of Sterlitamak was sentenced to prison for forcing her friend into prostitution
The court sentenced a resident of Sterlitamak to seven years in prison for forcing her friend into prostitution. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash Batash.
As it became known to the investigation, in the summer of 2022 the defendant convinced her friend to take out the loan, and then disappeared. The victim filed a complaint with the police. The girl didn’t like this, and she decided to kidnap her friend: she tracked her down and pushed her into the car. Already at home, the defendant threatened the victim and forced her to return back to prostitution. As a result, the girl was able to escape.
A criminal case was opened against the criminal under four articles: “Fraud,” “Abduction,” “Robbery,” and “Forced Prostitution.” The girl was sentenced to seven years in prison. She will serve her sentence in a general regime colony.
