The court fined a Saransk resident one thousand rubles for depicting a Nazi swastika in the snow using a carbonated drink. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Mordovia reported this.
As it became known, a young man, while intoxicated, drew Nazi symbols in the snow with soda. The image was published on social networks. The photo was discovered by police officers while monitoring the Internet.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against a 28-year-old local resident under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols.” The court found the young man guilty and ordered him to pay a fine of one thousand rubles.
