A resident of the Krasnodar Territory fined for insulting the memory of the deceased soldier of the NVO

In the city of Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory, a court found a local resident guilty of committing public actions aimed at discrediting the Russian armed forces, the regional united press office courts. According to the court, on July 3, 2023, the man left a comment on a page in one of the social networks to the message about the time and place of burial of a participant in a special military operation who died in Ukraine. In his commentary, he allowed himself rude statements that were offensive to the memory of the deceased.
During the court hearing, a resident of Ust-Labinsk admitted his guilt and repented. The court found him guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (discrediting the activities of the armed forces of the Russian Federation) and sentenced him to a fine of 30 thousand rubles, the press service of the courts reported.
