According to the man’s colleague, the flag was placed on the grave of Russian military intelligence lieutenant Vasily Kurdyumov.
It is alleged that cases of vandalism at the Kominternovsky cemetery have been occurring for several months. Applications have been submitted to all authorities, but so far there has been no response.
