A racer from Karelia performed at the stage of the Russian Drift Series

The head of the Sortavala region, Sergei Krupin, reported on his VKontakte page that at one of the most famous world drifting championships, the “Russian Drift Series. Europe” was performed by pilot from Sortavala Artem Leitis.
The Karelian racer took part in the first stage of the championship, which takes place in Rostov-on-Don. In the qualifying race, Artem showed a high result, driving the entire track in a perfectly controlled drift.
“Tomorrow is the final day of the competition stage at the Rostov Arena. We wish Artem good luck!” – wrote Sergei Krupin.
Previously reportedthat a racer from Karelia will compete at the Russian Championship in a new class car.
