A protocol on discrediting the Russian army was drawn up against blogger and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). According to data on portal courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow, the case materials were registered today, April 16.
By message press service of the capital’s courts of general jurisdiction, the hearing is scheduled for April 25. The case will be considered by the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.
The details of the protocol are not yet known. However, after the start of the special operation in Ukraine, the blogger published anti-war statements on her social networks. She removed them after a “naked party” organized at the capital’s Mutabor club.
The “naked party” attracted the attention of authorities and law enforcement agencies. Some party participants were fined under administrative charges, some public figures lost advertising contracts and were cut out of New Year’s television programs.
Anastasia Ivleeva herself was fined 100 thousand rubles. for organizing an event that resulted in a violation of public order (Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Several lawsuits were filed against her, including for $1 billion. The release of the film “Malvina” with her participation was postponed indefinitely. Before this, the TV presenter recorded an apology video twice.
