She noted that, first of all, tangerines should be abandoned by those who have an allergic reaction to citrus fruits.
Also, tangerines should not be given to infants under the age of one year. Then you can introduce tangerines into the child’s diet, but monitor the manifestation of allergic reactions, the expert warned.
Also, tangerines are contraindicated in people with diseases of the digestive tract (gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, colitis, pancreatitis), especially if the disease is in the acute stage.
In addition, tangerines are not very suitable for diabetics, as they contain fructose. This category of people can eat 2-3 tangerines a day.
