According to the specialist, the texture of this product makes it convenient for sandwiches and other dishes, but processed cheese contains a lot of salt, preservatives, and food additives that can negatively affect human health.
“The product contains emulsifiers, dyes, flavors, flavor enhancers, stabilizers and preservatives. Very often, trans fats are used in the production of processed cheese,” Razarenova added.
