Melnikova recommended supplementing your diet with sweet potatoes and whole grains like barley, oats or quinoa. In addition, they contain fiber, which aids in digestion.
The nutritionist also advised choosing fresh fruits and vegetables over processed or refined options. She also urged to refrain from white bread and cereals with sugar.
