A ninth-grader who attacked Rostov school teachers with a knife grew up in a family of teachers

“He was an assistant to the leaders in everything and helped in the last elections.”

New circumstances have emerged in the drama on the Krasny Desant farm, where today a ninth-grader came to school wearing a mask and wounded three people with a knife. It turned out that 15-year-old Gregory is an activist, born into a family of teachers, helped teachers and even took part in the last elections!

“The boy was not registered anywhere, neither with the police, nor in the hospital, nor with a psychiatrist,” Vasily Danilenko, head of the administration of the Neklinovsky district of the Rostov region, told MK. “He always participated in all school events, led an active lifestyle, was no different from his peers, and moreover, Grigory was a teacher’s assistant in all matters. We are all stunned by what happened today. What happened to him, why – no one knows yet. If we could talk to him… And since we were not present at the police interrogation, what can we say? Nothing. We did not communicate with him after the tragedy. What they write in the media is simply amazing! In fact, one person was seriously injured – the first-grader’s grandfather, who has already been operated on. But the watchman and the teacher were almost unharmed; they had minor cuts to their hands. Of course, all of them, and other people as well, have enormous psychological trauma.

According to Vasily Danilenko, as for the epileptic attack in a ninth-grader after his arrest, only doctors can make a conclusion, but so far there is no such conclusion.

“The guy was wearing a mask, which are sold in all stores, wonderful ones with images of eyes and a face,” continues the head of administration. – In front of me, people asked questions – did he really want to take revenge on the teacher in this way, who allegedly gave him “Cs” and “Ds”? But this is complete nonsense! This teacher herself was very surprised to learn this. She said that Grisha was her assistant in all school matters. And even helped in yesterday’s elections to the Legislative Assembly. What happened to him, of course, needs to be sorted out.

As it turned out, the schoolboy detained in the attack on people grew up in a prosperous family, his mother and grandmother are teachers, but his father lived separately.

“He was never seen in bad companies, did not take drugs, alcohol, and was not a parasite,” Danilenko emphasized. – There was no negative opinion about him. I had normal relationships with classmates and teachers.
