A new special direction has opened at the Moscow Technical School

“Moscow Technical School” launched training in the direction of “Food Industry Technologies”. The details were provided by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky.
“The special direction “Food Industry Technologies” opened within the framework of ITS will allow specialists to gain in-depth knowledge and practice-oriented skills to develop their professional competencies and the Moscow food industry,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. He recalled that more than 250 enterprises are engaged in food production in the capital.
The new direction is being developed by the Research Institute of the Baking Industry and the Russian Biotechnological University. In total, seven educational courses are available to students. These include “Modern aspects of the production of bakery products”, “Technology of meat and meat products”, “Technology of processing dairy raw materials”, “Expert nutritionist”.
“Lectures will be held online, and practical training will be held in our innovation laboratories and at the sites of partner enterprises,” said Boris Chernyshov, Vice-Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Head of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Biotechnological University.
The course at the Research Institute of the Baking Industry will develop students’ professional competencies in bread production. Three modules will allow you to quickly master the intricacies of modern production using innovative technologies.
