A new blow for Philip: the boycott of Kirkorov in Russia was suddenly extended

Both customers and organizers are wary

Difficult times have come for Philip Kirkorov. Due to his appearance at the “naked party,” he lost not only New Year’s broadcasts, but also solid earnings during the holidays. Now it has become known: the boycott of the King of Pop in Russia has been officially extended.

Those around Philip hoped that restrictions with a ban on appearances on TV and performances would only apply during the New Year holidays. But no. Today it turned out that the boycott has been extended at least until spring. And Kirkorov’s prospects for the summer are very vague.

At the beginning of March, Kirkorov was supposed to congratulate women on International Women’s Day in Moscow. His name appeared in several major national concerts, for which his fans actively bought tickets. One of the performances was supposed to take place on March 3. Philip planned to perform on the same stage with Nikolai Baskov, Valeria, Larisa Dolina, Khabib and other celebrities. However, suddenly on the official website of the concert hall, Kirkorov’s name was removed from the number of performing stars.

As for solo concerts, here too there is emptiness. Philip has no plans to tour in the near future.

“Not every customer and organizer will now contact Philip’s invitation,” informed sources told MK. – They understand that problems may arise. Only very wealthy people and large corporations can afford his concert; their reputation is more important to them.

At the end of April, Kirkorov will celebrate his birthday. He wanted to celebrate the holiday on stage according to tradition. Before appearing at the “naked party,” Philip even announced the name of the theater where his concerts would be held. However, there are three months left until the performance date, and ticket sales have not yet begun. Kirkorov’s performances are also not listed on the theater’s playbill.

Philip himself is trying with all his might to atone for his guilt. Today he released a song in which he said that he “went through the wrong door” due to fatigue and last year’s snow.

By the way, things are not going well for another party participant, Lolita. Concert venues in Siberia and other Russian cities refuse to allow her to hold concerts. Today it became known about the cancellation of the next performance in Omsk. Tickets already purchased will be refunded.
