Petersburg was warned about a new drone attack: a spy is circling over the Gulf of Finland

In the near future, the Ukrainian Armed Forces may repeat a drone attack on St. Petersburg targets. A sure sign of this can be the activation of NATO reconnaissance aircraft in the northwestern region. Thus, an American reconnaissance aircraft was spotted over the Gulf of Finland. Last time, an attack on the terminal in Ust-Luga was preceded by flights of an American spy plane to the Baltic.

What adds piquancy to the situation is that NATO intelligence activities intensified against the background of flights of Russian Air Force No. 1 with Vladimir Putin to the Kaliningrad region and from there to St. Petersburg.

The fact that the Americans were again seen patrolling near the northwestern regions of Russia on Friday, January 26, was written by Belarusian military expert Alexander Zimovsky on his channel. According to him, another P8 Poseidon aircraft of the US Navy arrived from the Swedish island of Gotland, passed along the north of the Kaliningrad region and the northwestern section of the Lithuanian-Belarusian border.

The NATO intelligence officer, the expert wrote, conducted an autopsy of the current location of our troops and military activity. Next, the crew worked on reconnaissance of air defense facilities and infrastructure on the Polotsk-Pskov-Ust-Luga line.

According to the expert, after this we should expect a new strike from Ukrainian long-range drones in this direction in the near future.

Some time ago, the same expert already warned about a possible attack on the northwestern regions of Russia and turned out to be absolutely right. Soon after his message, the first unmanned attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Leningrad region was carried out.

Zimovsky made his prediction by analyzing the patrol route of an American reconnaissance aircraft that was spotted in the Gulf of Finland area. He posted a screenshot of the deep aerial reconnaissance route of the AE6795 P-8A Poseidon aircraft. The plane circled along the route Ust-Luga – Pskov – Staraya Russa – Velikiye Luki.

The map clearly showed how the American spy flew from the Polish city of Bygdoszcz, crossed the Baltic Sea, and airspace over Latvia. Then he entered the territory of Estonia, where he carried out reconnaissance in the Gulf of Finland. The capabilities of its equipment allow us to view everything tens of kilometers deep into our territory without entering our airspace.

The first attempt to attack the Leningrad region was carried out on January 18. It is still not known for certain where the enemy drone was launched from. Some experts believe that the easiest way to launch it would be from Finland or Estonia, and not from Ukraine, which is separated from St. Petersburg by almost 1000 kilometers. At the same time, other experts are confident that Ukrainian saboteurs from Russian territory took part in the attack.
