A mother of many children, detained for buying children, was sued by her adopted son

New details have come to light in the scandalous case of Muscovite Ksenia (name changed), who is accused of buying two children who were previously considered her relatives. According to MK, Ksenia’s main problems began largely due to the behavior of one of the older children she adopted, Stanislav. It was he who initiated the checks of his adoptive family and the close interest of law enforcement officers.
At the end of last year, Stanislav signed a waiver of microshares in three apartments in Lyubertsy, near Moscow, which legally belonged to him after reaching adulthood (the young man turned 18 in January). He signed the refusal in favor of his adoptive mother and brothers, also adopted by Ksenia. Very little time passed, and Stanislav, having become an adult, left home and began to live separately. He tried to socialize somehow, to start working – in particular, he distributed leaflets in the Novokosino area. But I was never able to find a job officially.
A few months later, Stanislav appeared on television in the “DNA” program. Later, he insisted that it was thanks to television that he found his biological parents. His mother and father are gypsies, now the young man lives with them in the Moscow region.
And in the spring, Stanislav unexpectedly filed lawsuits in the Lyubertsy court. As Ksenia’s lawyer Ivan Barabanov told MK, he demanded that the agreement on donating his shares be declared illegal. The guy claimed that he was misled because he constantly took psychotropic drugs prescribed to him in the mental hospital.
Stanislav was actively supported by the guardianship authorities. His claims and complaints became the basis for massive checks of Ksenia’s family. In principle, officials checked the family before, but until recently there was nothing to complain about.
All the children of a mother with many children were well dressed, lived in a clean, tidy apartment, the woman behaved moderately but fairly with them. The complaints were usually of a formal nature. Thus, guardianship officers forbade Ksenia’s mother-in-law from taking her children on vacation to Evpatoria alone – they say, children should be under the control of their mother. The woman was even brought to administrative responsibility and had to pay a fine.
But the real problems began after Stanislav’s demarche. At the same time, a scandal broke out with the poisoning of Nikanor, Ksenia’s 7-year-old son, born by a surrogate mother. Let us remind you that during an examination in the hospital (he was admitted there with suspected hypoglycemia), the drug glibeclamide was found in the boy’s blood, which cannot be given for such a diagnosis.
Doctors informed the police, who suggested that Nikanor was deliberately poisoned with a drug that was taken by the father of Ksenia’s late husband, who suffered from diabetes. And, although this particular medicine was not found during the search, the assumption formed the basis of a criminal case, in which a genetic examination was carried out, which brought shocking results.
Ksenia herself reported conflicting information about the origins of the children – one got the impression that she herself was confused. Her relatives insist: three babies were born from surrogate mothers, and the biomaterial of Ksenia’s second husband, who died 10 years ago, was used (the first husband drowned in 2006). And the woman, despite the removal of the uterus, gave birth to two herself. However, the investigation came to completely different conclusions: all five children were simply handed over to Ksenia by completely strangers without any contracts.
Ksenia’s closest friend Nadezhda apparently played an important role in this – judging by Stanislav’s testimony, it was she who provided the “roof” for the “birth.” By the way, Stanislav visited Nadezhda’s country house several times and periodically saw pregnant women there. This is not surprising, given that until recently, Nadezhda’s house operated a shelter for victims of domestic violence. At the same time, it becomes clear where the biological mothers of Ksenia’s future children could be found.
Ksenia is very well known in her area. “She’s so… “A goose woman,” admits one of those who knew this family closely. “I’ve never seen her without her children.” Of course, we asked why she needed so much. And she answered that this was the goal of her life – to have children around, fun and laughter. And you know, that’s how it was: fun always reigned in her house. In the area she was respected and her opinion was listened to. What happened was a shock to everyone.”
There are still a lot of holes in this story. In addition to purely legal and moral ones, financial issues also arise. What funds did Ksenia use to support this orphanage? All the children were dressed to the nines, the apartment had a non-European, but still very high-quality renovation, and the family had a Volkswagen minibus. No subsidies can cover such expenses. Most likely, there are still a lot of secrets in Ksenia’s family. Which, alas, the investigation is now forced to deal with.
