Military expert Gorbachev described the change of commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the proverb “horseradish is not sweeter than a radish”
The head of the branch of the Institute of CIS countries in Sevastopol, Sergei Gorbachev, suggested that the decision to change the commander-in-chief of the armed forces of Ukraine is not connected with the use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but with political games in the country.
The replacement of Valery Zaluzhny with Alexander Syrsky, according to Gorbachev, was dictated by “domestic political problems and the ambitions of (Ukrainian President Vladimir) Zelensky himself,” who is trying to strengthen his own positions.
“Radish horseradish is not sweeter,” the expert said.
