A measles outbreak in the Penza village of Srednyaya Yulyuzan has turned it into a “red zone”

In the Penza region, they promise to plant for up to seven years if citizens refuse to be vaccinated against measles. This threat hung over the inhabitants of the village of Srednyaya Yeluzan, where an outbreak of the disease was recorded and quarantine was introduced. According to the regional Department of Rospotrebnadzor, as of July 5, the infection was diagnosed in 19 people, 16 of them are children.

Vyacheslav Kondrashkin, the prosecutor of the Gorodishchensky district, told local residents that non-compliance with the legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being could result in bringing the perpetrators to justice, including criminal liability.

If someone wants to nostalgic for 2020, then you are now in Middle Yeluzan: masks, checkpoints and doctors, like astronauts equipped with PPE at temperatures above +32. In addition, in this village, where the Tatar population prevails, all festive events on the occasion of the Sabantuy holiday were canceled. Temperature is checked at the entrance. The settlement has turned into a kind of “red zone”.

To this problem, the local prosecutor also promised to punish all the unvaccinated, especially parents who refuse to give injections to their children – as of July 3, about 350 children unvaccinated against measles were counted in the village. The incubation period is 21 days, so the peak of the incidence, it is possible, is still ahead.

Are the orders of two years ago really returning, when during the pandemic, Russians were actually forced to be vaccinated with drugs that had not passed clinical trials, and those who did not sign a conditionally voluntary consent to manipulation were suspended from work and deprived of the right to free movement, including visiting polyclinics (with the exception of emergency cases) and restaurants?

But even in those distant pandemic times, no one threatened to send those who disagreed to jail.

“In the absence of serious consequences, Art. 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. When a violation is committed against the background of restrictive measures, Art. 236 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for imprisonment of up to 7 years,” an official statement was circulated in Penza.

Moreover, for violating sanitary and epidemiological rules, they want to blame not only officials, but also ordinary people. How does it turn out: infected someone even by accident – in prison?

“The prosecutor’s office of the district, together with the regulatory and law enforcement agencies, have begun appropriate checks,” the senior adviser of justice said.

They say that information has already been requested on people who refused to be vaccinated on the territory of the quarantine regime, “in order to take the appropriate measures provided for by law,” Vyacheslav Kandrashkin warned.

In addition, the prosecutor’s office promised that, since a self-isolation regime was introduced for sick and contact persons in the village, those who do not comply with it will also be held accountable. We plant everyone so that, as they say, do not get up twice?

In general, as usual, citizens are being intimidated with a whip instead of carrying out explanatory and preventive work. What has this already led to?

Who, if not the authorities, intimidated Russians two years ago with vaccinations against coronavirus so that most people do not want to be vaccinated with anything? In fact, vaccination campaigns that have been carried out since the days of the Soviet Union have been disrupted in Russia. Moreover, the same vaccination against measles in due time was also postponed for many due to restrictions on the work of polyclinics. That is, even those who wanted to vaccinate a child could not always do it. So what are the claims?

Are only irresponsible, from the point of view of doctors, citizens to blame for the fact (as they try to present it) that measles has returned to Russia?

Denis Shulga, deputy director of the St. Petersburg Professional Association of Medical Workers on legal issues, is dealing with cases of forced vaccination throughout Russia: “Specifically, the issue of measles has been raised repeatedly. What doctors and scientists say: measles was not a problem in the old days, most children suffered it in early childhood, parents even took babies to sick friends to be specially infected. Immunity was acquired for life. At that time, at the age of six, it is necessary to carry out mandatory revaccination, and then in adulthood to be vaccinated again.

The measles that we have now is mostly vaccine-associated, and mostly it affects adults who were once vaccinated, but its effect has ended. But most importantly, everything that our officials have done in recent years under the guise of caring for the health of the population has led to the fact that the entire classical vaccination system that existed during the Soviet era has really been destroyed. Let’s think about what we got in return? Prosecutors probably forgot how in 2021 they did not respond to numerous complaints and statements from citizens who were forced to be vaccinated, but now they suddenly woke up and were going to involve everyone.”

“The same measles, but in adults, often ends up with more serious problems if he did not get sick in childhood,” says Professor Alexander Redko, MD. – Moreover, by vaccinating a person against measles, we may weaken his immunity to other diseases, such discussions are underway today. This, of course, does not only apply to measles. We expose healthy people to possible complications. There was some kind of vaccination logic under the Soviet regime, because vaccines then underwent many years of testing before they were used on humans, but now, as we see, this is not the case. People are intimidated and do not want to be vaccinated with no one knows what.”

“We are outraged by the unjustified intimidation of unvaccinated citizens,” said the Immune Response parent-activist team, which advocates unconditional observance of the right to voluntary and informed consent to vaccination. – In our opinion, the content of the statement of the Penza prosecutor not only contradicts Russian law (for example, the decision of the chief sanitary doctor is required to introduce restrictions!), but in fact is coercion to undergo measles vaccination of an indefinite circle of people.
