29-year-old Muscovite Masha has a dream – to get married. And not to get married successfully, but somehow. Because Masha’s marriage is not working out, and she no longer cares about fat. That is, a starving stray dog ​​can be blamed for being too picky rather than her. But even very inferior men don’t fall for her either.

It is also impossible to say that Masha is passive and inactive: on the contrary, she does not expect favors from nature, does not even take, but simply grabs the bull by the horns and always takes the initiative.

And it cannot be said that men do not notice her. They even notice it, and this happens quite often. But for some reason not for long.

For example, she recently met metro driver Seryozha. And at first he constantly called her, invited her to the cinema and to a cafe. Masha believed that such a chance should not be missed, and called Seryozha even more often than he called her, and also ensured that their meetings happened every day. When Sergei excused himself by being busy, she tried her best to persuade him. But over time, for some reason, he increasingly avoided communication under various pretexts.

It was necessary to urgently correct the situation. And Masha figured out how: she bought a Vladimir-Suzdal tour for two for the weekend. And she looked forward with pleasure to a weekend together, when no one would distract them from each other…

She expected the same reaction from her beloved, but he was not too happy. On the contrary, he began to awkwardly explain why he couldn’t go on such a wonderful trip.

Masha understood – either now or never! – and did not accept any excuses. And she would have achieved her goal – on Friday morning, the pacified Seryozha stood next to her on the platform, waiting for the train that would take them to a romantic distance.

However, things didn’t go according to plan. About an hour later, Seryozha went to the toilet, but did not return, and got off the train at the nearest stop. He didn’t answer calls to Mashina, and soon blocked her number altogether…

What is this if not an evil fate?

“Some women have it written on their foreheads: I want to get married! – comments Elena Moshkova. – And for men, even for those who have nothing against their family, such a warning is like a cold shower. Nobody likes to be grabbed by the throat. Therefore, excessive female activity in a relationship can destroy it in the bud.”

Love is not only in bed

Olesya knows very well that men love with their eyes. Therefore, when she moved to live with her boyfriend Oleg, she allocated a separate suitcase for cosmetics. And two more – for beautiful clothes, flowy dresses, sexy lingerie, negligees, shoes, slippers with fluffy pom-poms…

The first week of their life together, everything was fine – the lovers bought wine, ordered food from restaurants and spent amazing evenings, for which cosmetics, underwear, and negligees were very useful.

But in the second week, Oleg asked if she wanted to cook something for dinner. Olesya rolled her eyes, wrapped her arms around her lover’s neck and cooed something about the undesirability of wasting time on cooking that could be spent in each other’s arms…

That time Oleg prepared dinner himself, but over time he returned to the unpleasant topic of cooking and other household chores. Olesya, without hiding her dissatisfaction, began to create some kind of brew from semi-finished products, but she did not succeed very well. After her cooking, the kitchen resembled a garbage dump, which she could only clean up the next day – she was too tired on the day of cooking. But her cleaning wasn’t the best either.

Olesya does not know exactly why they soon broke up – the quarrels were not only because of her unsuccessful management, but also for various other reasons, Oleg turned out to be very irritable. But she knows that everyday problems played an important role:

– Guys need a free housekeeper! – she has no doubt. – Not only Oleg, but my other suitors tried to persuade me to turn into a cook. But the wrong one was attacked!

Elena Moshkova: “I always want to ask people like Olesya – would you agree to live with a man who, for example, does not earn money? Not a lot of money, but none at all? Just because you love him? No? Well, why do you think that love should replace your care and attention? I am not a supporter of a woman taking on all household chores, but she should certainly take an active part in them. Because family is not only physical love and spiritual communication, but also mutual assistance and mutual support.”

Woe from mind

One day, Marina, on a discounted voucher received thanks to her father, a lieutenant colonel, ended up in a boarding house near Moscow where military personnel rest for three whole weeks. Despite the warnings of her friends that only elderly retirees and their wives would surround her there, the entire floor turned out to be populated by young people, because the youth of the military camp were sent to take a break from the generosity of the local administration. These guys were kept in one big company, into which Marina was allowed.

And in the very first days she fell in love with a handsome two-meter lieutenant. He also showed signs of attention to her: during dinner he waved his hand, as soon as he saw her on the threshold of the dining room, he sat her down at the table next to him, and on the first dance evening he invited her to dance, then on the second, and on the third…

And after the dance they walked for a long time in the park and chatted non-stop. And then, near the door of her room, the lieutenant gallantly kissed her hand and said goodbye to tomorrow…

Left alone, Marina could barely catch her breath from happiness.

And then I thought: how not to allow some stupid mistake to ruin the acquaintance that had begun so wonderfully.

“There must be a mystery in a woman!” – Marina remembered one of the postulates of psychological literature, which she loved to read. And I thought: what was the mystery in it? She smiled all the time like a fool, told everything about herself, looked into the lieutenant’s mouth… Not a mysterious woman at all!

And the next day she decided to become more mysterious.

When the lieutenant waved his hand at her at breakfast in the dining room, as usual, Marina did not go to him, but, turning her face like a brick, proceeded to another table. She ate with a straight face, imagining how the lieutenant would be taken aback by her mystery.

After breakfast, he caught up with her at the exit from the dining room:

– I’m going to a volleyball match now, come and root for our team!

“No,” Marina muttered in the tragic tone of a femme fatale. – Don’t want.

She said it so loudly that the lieutenant’s jaw dropped. She could hardly restrain herself from smiling at him affectionately and going to watch volleyball. But it’s impossible, the effect needed to be consolidated.

In the evening, Marina came to the dance floor a little later and saw that her lover was already dancing with someone else. I almost burst into tears, but mysterious women don’t cry…

She could hardly wait for tomorrow morning, when she could weaken the mystery and become sweet and affectionate again. But in the dining room, the place next to the beloved was already taken. And then, when she waylaid him in the park with a friendly speech, he absentmindedly exchanged a few words with her, apologized and said that he was in a hurry.
