The Dobrynya Hotel, located in the Rostov region, explained the incident with the refusal to accommodate military personnel who were returning from vacation to the North Military District zone, reports website KP.RU.
They noted that a family room was booked, designed for two adults and children. At the same time, three men tried to check into the room, but it was not intended for such a group of guests, and there was no other room.
The hotel representative also noted that it happened that the special operation participants staying at the hotel were noisy and smoked in the rooms. At the same time, officers, their wives and brides often stay at the hotel and they behave in a very cultured manner.
“And the hotel has the right to refuse check-in without giving a reason,” the publication quotes the words of a representative of the guest house.
In turn, Anastasia Polyakova, a representative of a company providing transportation services, said that she has been helping military personnel for a year now. According to her, three mobilized from Izhevsk approached her. They were returning to their units and asked for help with transportation and hotel.
As a result, Anastasia noted, she booked a room for the guys and paid for it, but they weren’t allowed in that night. According to her, she negotiated with the administrator for forty minutes and understood from this conversation that the hotel was trying not to provide accommodation for SVO participants, since they were noisy and smoked in the rooms.
