In Primorye, a rescued Himalayan bear cub went for a walk for the first time since he was found in early March and placed in the Tiger rehabilitation center. For most of the day he slept, opening his eyes only for food, which he asked for up to seven times a day with an insistent squeak (you can listen to the recording on video).
Now in the taiga, mini bears and their mothers are finishing their winter sleep and leaving their dens. They were followed in the center and led out into the fresh air by the white-breasted baby.
