Also, the man will have to pay a fine of 300 thousand rubles.
The usual swindler turned out to be the failed fiance of the socialite and TV presenter Olga Buzova, a participant in the show “Marry Buzova” Yevgeny Pesennikov. He did not hide his emotions when he heard the verdict on Tuesday afternoon – 3 years of probation. The man rolled his eyes up in joy and exhaled deeply.
As it became known to MK, the enviable bachelor unsuccessfully tried to win the heart of the outrageous singer in 2018. They met in the gym, and only then Pesennikov began to fool Buzova on the air. He failed to become the husband of a secular person, but the young man “became famous” in the criminal business. Together with his friend Elena Grebenina, he invited a former classmate at Moscow State University to invest in a profitable project. With the help of artificial intelligence, the womanizer promised to increase the capital of the investor – from 18 to 20 million rubles in just three months. The man explained that with the help of “specialists” from Silicon Valley, he could play on the stock price so that capital would grow by leaps and bounds. Of course, all this turned out to be “fake”. The couple simply appropriated other people’s millions. When it came to the police, it turned out that Pesennikov did not have any property at all, and his accomplice had a small one-room apartment in the Moscow region. There she served house arrest while the investigation into the fraud case was underway.
The defendants arrived at the Meshchansky court with large sports bags, in comfortable clothes – apparently, they were sure that “bracelets” would be put on their wrists. But after the verdict was passed, they hugged each other and the lawyers. The court was merciful: everyone was sentenced to a fine of 300 thousand rubles and a suspended sentence: Pesennikov – 3 years, Grebenina – 4.
