A draft law on payments for child care up to enrollment in kindergarten is ready

A bill has been prepared and sent for evaluation to the Cabinet of Ministers on maintaining payments for child care until the child is enrolled in kindergarten, TASS reports.
It was reportedly developed by LDPR Vice Speaker of the State Duma Boris Chernyshov.
Thus, the draft law has new provisions that supplement the content of articles 13 and 14.
In particular, it provides for the maintenance of monthly payments for child care after the child reaches 1.5 years of age (according to current legislation, payments cease after the child reaches this age).
If the bill is passed, the payments will continue even after the child reaches 1.5 years old, but only if he was denied enrollment in kindergarten, and the parent is therefore deprived of the opportunity to work.
Another proposed innovation is to keep such payments until the child is enrolled in kindergarten.
