A draft holiday calendar has been published, suggesting a ten-day New Year’s vacation

The Ministry of Labor of Russia has published a calendar of working and public holidays, which is proposed to be established in 2024 in accordance with the draft resolution prepared by the department.
The New Year holidays, according to the draft resolution, will last ten days, from December 30, 2023 to January 8. Then the long weekend is planned from 23 to 25 February, from 8 to 10 March, from 28 April to 1 May and from 9 to 12 May. Wednesday, June 12 will also be closed.
Saturday, December 28 will be working, and from December 29, 2024, new New Year holidays will begin.
