A court in Moscow arrested migrant teenagers who beat their peers

On Thursday, October 19, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow sent three teenagers, children of migrants, to a pre-trial detention center. Those arrested are charged with beatings against Russian peers.
One native of Tajikistan and two ethnic Azerbaijanis were taken into custody. Since the defendants in the case are minors, the court hearing to select a preventive measure was held behind closed doors.
The arrest of teenage migrants was preceded by the appearance on the Internet of videos in which minor aggressors, for no apparent reason, attacked their Russian peers and beat them. The video was recorded by the initiators of the massacres themselves.
Earlier, it became known about a similar incident in Samara: children beaten to the point of hospitalization, lawless people from the “fraternal republics”, formed into a gang. Regional authorities have promised to restore order, but the juvenile aggressors express confidence that they are not in danger.
