New details of the emergency in a residential complex in South Butovo, where an 11-year-old boy stabbed a 37-year-old neighbor, a native of Iran, during an argument. According to the senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow, Yulia Ivanova, the criminal case is being investigated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm”), Part 2 of Art. 139 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Illegal entry”).
Yesterday, the uncle of the minor children was detained for beating the victim. Let us remind you that brothers aged 11 and 12 asked a relative to deal with a neighbor who made a remark to them in the elevator. As a result of the conflict, a man beat up a neighbor, a native of Iran, and one of the teenagers inflicted several knife wounds on the victim in the buttocks, groin and thighs. Today, the investigation intends to petition the court to select a preventive measure for the man in the form of detention.
The juvenile hooligans themselves, one of whom stabbed a neighbor several times, will be placed in a temporary detention center for juvenile offenders.
It also became known that teachers and the director of the school where the brothers study were interrogated in the criminal case. The boy who directly inflicted the stab wound was given a negative reference at the school. Materials about previously committed illegal actions of children and their relatives will also be requested.
However, the residents of the high-rise buildings themselves are ready to give a description of the children who literally terrorized the entire residential complex. The issue of a collective statement to the police, which the residents plan to write at a general meeting, is currently being discussed. After all, neighbors repeatedly sent complaints about the behavior of the two brothers and the irresponsible reaction of their parents to the local district police officer. The list of “deeds” of hooligans is extensive: from beating a peer with iron sticks to damaging entrance doors.
According to a local resident with whom MK spoke, the children’s parents did not contact their neighbors, and for the last two days they had been in the apartment with their sons. They did not give any apologies or explanations regarding the behavior of their offspring. It is known that the head of the family is a businessman; the family has two apartments in the same entrance: on the 15th and 17th floors.
According to the victim’s wife, he currently remains in serious condition in intensive care. The man is connected to a ventilator, but does not need a blood transfusion despite the large blood loss.
