“With improper nutrition, we get inferior mental and physical development. Of course, we are not talking about mental disability, we are talking about the fact that a person becomes less successful, ”the expert said.

Children lack many vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D, iodine, magnesium, etc. All this is included in healthy food, greens, fish and seafood.

Scientists have found a relationship between malnutrition and mood, and even a tendency to depression.

One of the worst consequences of malnutrition is obesity.

This disease can severely affect the future of the child.

“Obesity in childhood is a 100% predictor of obesity in adulthood. Obesity in a child will definitely pass into adulthood, ”said Mikhail Ginzburg.

“The biggest myth of a healthy diet is that it is allegedly more expensive than the average diet, it is not, it is not more expensive, it just requires a certain skill, habit,” the specialist added.
