The national blitz championship took place in Yekaterinburg. Boys and girls under 11, 13 years old, boys and girls under 13, 15, 17, 19 years old, as well as juniors and juniors under 21 years old competed in it.
659 chess players from all over the country came to the tournament. Kuban was represented by 12 people.
The participants played 11 rounds using the Swiss system. Following the results of the games, Alexander Khripachenko from Novorossiysk won the tournament, showing the best results among boys under 19 years old.
In the near future, Kuban players will compete at the Russian Rapid Chess Championship and the All-Russian Chess Competition.
