The mode of adverse weather conditions (AMC) of the 1st degree of danger (relatively high) was introduced for four days in Krasnoyarsk. It will be in effect starting today, January 19, from 13:00 local time until 13:00 January 22. According to the forecast of the Central Siberian Hydrometeorological Service, during this period the city will experience meteorological conditions unfavorable for the dispersion of harmful impurities in the atmospheric air.

City enterprises are recommended to “involve measures to reduce emissions into the air in accordance with the announced regime.”

Also, the “black sky” regime was introduced from January 19 to 22 in Nazarovo and Minusinsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory), Abakan and Chernogorsk (Republic of Khakassia). In Achinsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory), the NMU regime will be introduced on January 21.

During this period, frosty weather is expected in the regions: the air temperature will be from –16°C to –30°C. It is noted that the temperature regime is 3–12°C below the long-term average values.
