A bill on punishment for serial informers has been prepared

Vice-speaker of the State Duma, first deputy chairman of the faction of the New People party, Vladislav Davankov, sent a bill on punishment for serial informers to the Government of the Russian Federation for approval. Those who abuse the right to appeal to government bodies are proposed to be deprived of access to social networks for three years and subject to compulsory labor.

As MK learned, the bill will supplement the Code of Administrative Offenses with punishment for abuse of the right to appeal to government bodies. If, based on the results of the appeals, no violations of the law are discovered, the informers face up to 100 hours of compulsory labor and a ban on maintaining personal pages on social networks for up to three years.
