Dmitry dedicated his speech to his grandmother, a teacher of Russian language and literature, director of a rural school. “In the era of global digitalization, it is impossible to replace a teacher with a robot,” said Lutovinov. “Every time a teacher takes a “first-hand” by the hand, he teaches him to respect the elders, he brings up a new generation.” Also, the best teacher of 2022 said that the teacher “must keep up with the times, and it is important for educators to do science.” Therefore, he himself is a graduate student and plans to defend his dissertation.

– Yes, Lutovinov is a young teacher, his teaching experience is 10 years, – says a colleague of the teacher of the year, teacher of Russian language and literature Anna Baryshnikova. — Dmitry Vladimirovich often uses presentations in his lessons. He believes that modern children are visual, if they do not see, they almost do not perceive information. I know that he already had an idea to create an online teaching platform or system, perhaps now he is implementing it. He is well versed in electronic systems, he can connect online boards, any services. When he was still participating in the municipal competition, he gave a lesson online.
– Do children like this approach?
– I’m not even afraid to say that he is an idol for them as a teacher. After all, Lutovinov not only uses visual means, he is also an excellent storyteller. You have no idea how interesting he is. Although he himself is young, the teacher is already experienced, and the guys appreciate these two qualities very much. He seems to be with them and on the same foot, but does not allow familiarity. They adore him. And the fact that so many of his graduates entered good universities is largely due to his merit as a class teacher. Now he was given a little breath, for the duration of the competition. And in November he will take the 8th grade.
– Today, in addition to Teacher’s Day, is Lutovinov’s victory celebrated at school?
– We can’t contact him yet, even his wife Olesya can’t, and his closest friends from school. But we all hoped that he would win. He really stands out from the entire pedagogical community: both by the wisdom of thought and the beauty of speech. The way he thinks and argues in general is simply amazing.
– Do the children know that he won?
– Yes! All the teachers saw in our social media group that he won and said so in class. Everyone immediately poured out into the corridors, and a general cheer swept through the entire school. Simultaneously!
– The Lutovinov family, too, probably notes?
– Dmitry Vladimirovich has a little daughter, she is three years old. My wife Olesya supported all stages of the competition, we corresponded with her all the time. And when the top 15 were announced, when the 5 finalists were announced. Now Olesya writes that she congratulates the entire staff of our school and thanks for the support.
