The majority of Russians supported reducing the working week by one hour

More than half of Russians supported the State Duma’s initiative to shorten the working day by one hour on Friday. This was reported by RBC.
Earlier, a bill was introduced to the State Duma to reduce the working day by an hour before the weekend. According to the results of a survey among citizens of the country, 61% of respondents supported this proposal. 16% were against. They believe that this could lead to a reduction in wages. The remaining 23% of respondents do not know whether it is necessary to reduce the working day by an hour or not.
Among all respondents, only 28% of citizens had their employers reduce their working hours on Friday by one hour. The remaining 70% continue to work as before. And only 1% of citizens reduced their shift by two or three hours.
Let us remind you that the survey was conducted from November 10 to 13. It was attended by 1,600 Russians over 18 years of age who work five days a week for eight hours.
