Khomyakov emphasized that people who sit at a monitor at close range and in a static position for a long time can get display syndrome.
To cure such a disease, you can very simply remove the root cause – the monitor screen. However, if this is not possible, then you need to follow the regime: 20 minutes of work at the computer, and after about 20 seconds, look at a distance of at least six meters into the distance.
In order to avoid such an ailment, the doctor advises choosing a screen with a resolution of 4k and a frequency of 100 Hz or more.
