40,706 football fans came to watch the Russia-Cuba match

Thanks to the support of the stands, Russian football players managed to achieve such a beautiful victory.

A kind of record was set at the Volgograd Arena stadium – the friendly match became the best in terms of attendance in 2023.

A total of 40,706 people came to the stands to support the team and watch an interesting game.

Together with residents of the Volgograd region, guests from other regions of the country and abroad, Governor Andrei Bocharov watched the football players’ game.
