3×3 Basketball Festival ended in Smolensk

On September 2, in Smolensk, as part of the celebration of the 1160th anniversary of the city, the International Basketball Festival 3×3 of the Rosenergoatom Concern “Russia – Belarus – Smolensk Fortress” was held.
The central Lenin Square has turned into a large sports basketball area.
Basketball players from different regions of Russia, Belarus, Abkhazia and the Donetsk People’s Republic came to Smolensk.
A huge gift for Smolensk athletes – professionals and sports enthusiasts. Tournaments of this level have not yet been held in Smolensk.
The top three winners of the main men’s tournament included:
1st place – RUNA (Moscow), 2nd place – BELARUS, 3rd place – MINSK.
The best player is Ilya Sidorenko, the best center is Anton Zaretsky, the best defender is Sergey Vabishchevich, and the best forward is Denis Slyusarev.
The sports holiday ended with a cultural program, which was completed by musicians from the Swanky Tunes team, beloved by all Smolensk residents.
